Creative Producer/ CEO

Led by CEO Jeremy Lynn, Fairmont Pictures is a creative and business savvy production company that is consistently building an impressive portfolio of projects. His mission is to bring stories to life, and to create meaningful experiences for our viewers.

Jeremy got his degree from Pepperdine University has been in the entertainment industry for over 15 years, and his passion and experience have been instrumental in driving Fairmont Pictures to success. "We strive to create innovative and engaging content that resonates with audiences across all platforms."

Gary Mckinney

Creative Producer/ CEO

Gary has extensive knowledge and outreach into the automotive entertainment
sector. He and his team developed camera and race cars for the Fast and Furious
franchise, as well as the multi- billion dollar company Red Bull. Gary is a valuable asset to Fairmont Pictures and continues to go above and beyond to fulfill the companies mission.

Wenqin (Melody) Ni

Director and Producer

Wenqin Ni, known professionally as Melody, is an award-winning director and producer whose bold storytelling and cinematic vision have captivated audiences worldwide. With over 8 years of experience and more than 60 projects across feature films, TV series, vertical shows, and commercials, Melody is a force behind the camera—where emotion meets precision.

Her work is defined by fearless narratives, striking visuals, and a deep empathy for the human experience. Whether directing a psychological thriller or producing a fast-paced drama, she brings stories to life with raw authenticity, creative grit, and an obsessive attention to detail. Melody’s projects have earned over 40 international awards, and her leadership continues to shape a new generation of visual storytelling that breaks boundaries and elevates voices.

Based in Los Angeles but globally driven, Melody is not just making films—she’s building worlds. And she’s only getting started.

Teddy was born and raised in Upstate NY, and moved out west in 1999 to pursue his

dreams in entertainment. His passions range from producing music, to creating

TV shows, to writing movie scripts. If it’s not magic or fun he’s not a part of it.
